What is the cancellation policy for lessons?

I will accommodate rescheduling as little as a week in advance. Refunds will not be given for any cancellations. If I need to cancel for health or personal reasons, rescheduling will be first priority. My goal is for your child to receive what you are paying for, while both parties respect that life happens sometimes!

What is the preferred method of payment?

I accept credit card, cash, and Venmo as methods of payment.

Can lessons be conducted online?
No, lessons are conducted in-person at our studio in Temecula, California.

Can you travel to my home and teach my child there?

Yes! For an additional fee per month, I can save you time and come to you. It is 50¢/minute that I spend in the car. For example, a 20 minute drive round-trip per lesson would be $10, making it $40/month. Teaching multiple siblings in a household would not change the rate, because I only charge per trip.
